Orders and Shipping

We dispatch Monday to Friday and use Evri as our parcel partner. It usually takes 2-3 working days after dispatch to receive your order.

Simply click ‘My Account’ in the top right corner of the page, and you will be taken to the account creation page. Enter an e-mail address, a strong password, and you are ready to go! 

You can enter your shipping address during checkout, or save your address after creating your account with Euphoro.

If you enter a wrong address during checkout, please let us know as soon as you can sending an e-mail to support@euphoro.co.uk or reaching us on WhatsApp.

Once your order is dispatched, the tracking information will be sent to your e-mail address provided during checkout.

No, your card information is not saved, unless you create an account and add it manually. Only your card number and expiry date is stored that way, you will have to enter your CVC number every time you place your order for security.

We do not charge VAT on your purchases.

We only ship to United Kingdom, Scotland and Wales.

We try to minimise the amount of packaging used when packing your order, so most of the time it will arrive in a single package, unless the order is very large.

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

You can return your order within 30 days of purchase, as long as it is unused and in it’s original, sealed packaging.

In such unlikely case, please let us know by sending us an e-mail to returns@euphoro.co.uk quoting your order number and attaching a photo of the item you received and we will fix it as quickly as we can.

Please report any damage or discrepancies within 36 hours of being delivered. Please send us an e-mail to returns@euphoro.co.uk with photos of the damaged item and we will be happy to provide a refund or a replacement product.

Pre-order of items that are out of stock is not possible, but you can add your e-mail to the waitlist, and we will send you a notification as soon as the product is back in stock!
